Dr. David Chaudron, PhD – Global Consulting Partner
Dr. Chaudron brings over 30 years of experience serving national and international clients across manufacturing, banking, finance, petrochemicals, electronics, and aerospace sectors in the United States, France, Germany, Portugal, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. He has been a keynote speaker at numerous national and local conferences, addressing over 35,000 people through internationally broadcast teleconferences on organizational change, TQM, re-engineering, systems thinking, and strategic planning. Dr. Chaudron holds both doctorate and master’s degrees in industrial/organizational psychology.

Dr. Muath Jaafari, MD – MENA Consulting Partner
With over 9 years of experience, Dr. Jaafari has collaborated with national and international clients in government, manufacturing, banking, finance, health, electronics, and construction across Saudi Arabia. A frequent speaker at conferences, he is also an organizational culture and I/O psychology researcher with three global publications. Dr. Jaafari lectures in HR at PNU University, is a serial entrepreneur, and a certified trainer for change management (Prosci®), OHBI®, and KPI Professional certification.
